    Unfortunately the dog arrived seriously damaged, however having contacted the seller it was very quickly resolved. The description of the dog was accurate, value was very good, postage costs were acceptable. The packaging may have been partially responsible for the damage, however the company used for delivery have a terrible history of just throwing items onto my driveway and garden and I suspect that was the reason for the damage. I will continue to purchase from the seller. Great charity.

    Packaging spot on, item as described. Only positive as the communication was very good. The polar opposite of the delivery company EVRI who delivered a week after stating it would be delivered. Other than that I'd purchase from this seller again as long as a different delivery company is involved.
