The seller is 2 states over from me, but FedEx took this on a 2 week cross country journey and I was seriously nervous that this fragile vintage CRT wouldn't survive. This seller understands how to package things correctly, and I would not hesitate to buy something fragile from them. Good communication with the seller during the delay in transit.

No nonsense and good prompt communication. Floppy drive doesn't work but that wasn't discussed one way or another in the description. Would happily buy from this seller again, in particular if he runs across a nice Tandy CM-11 monitor. :-) Thanks!

We had issues with the board that was initially sent and they rectified the issue immediately and sent a new one fast! Seller was great with communication, offered very decent solutions and provided great value to the transaction. 10/10 will buy from again.
