He helped arrange the delivery of the package specifically to be a day before I arrived. Quality of the camera was expected and as stated in the listing. I’m really grateful for the service from this shop as it’s my first time owning a digicam. Seller was very patient and thoughtful. If I return to Japan for another holiday, I’ll definitely look out for any new cameras from this shop!
