There was no seal around the packaging. There were multiple stains on the packaging. Definitely an overstatement of the item's condition. I took a Clorox wipe to the entire packaging, and it looked better, but the coffee stain (or whatever it is) will never be gone, and that certainly doesn't mean it should be advertised as "new and sealed". If no bag came with it when it was new, then let me know
