Engage in hand-to-hand combat in this stunning installment of the popular Mortal Kombat arcade and console games series. In Mortal Kombat Gold for Sega Dreamcast, you enter a past version of the Mortal Kombat universe and enter battles between gods and warriors to decide the fate of the earth. It includes popular past characters and exciting new faces as well as offering lots of battle action. Mortal Kombat Gold for Sega Dreamcast features several returning characters from previous Mortal Kombat games. These include Jax, Johnny Cage, Liu Kang, Raiden, Reptile, Sonya Blade, Scorpion, and Sub-Zero. Goro, Sektor, and Noob Saibot also return as hidden characters. This installment in the series also introduces players to new characters, including Fujin, Kai, Jarek, Reiko, Shinnok, Quan Chi, Tanya, Kitana, Mileena, Cyrax, Kung Lao, and Baraka. Meat appears as a new secret unlockable character. Most of the game’s characters are playable, offering hours of gaming fun. The basic plot of Mortal Kombat Gold centers on a battle between Raiden and Shinnok. After losing the first time to Raiden, Shinnok teams up with Quan Chi against the Elder Gods to control the realm. Characters such as Sektor, Mileena, and Sonya Blade join up with each team and battle one another for the fate of the Earth realm. You can select new characters throughout the game to progress to harder stages. The game features an excellent selection of arenas. Arenas include the Elder Gods, Goro’s Lair, Living Forest, Shaolin Temple, the Prison, Wind World, Fire Well, Nether realm, and the Church. You can play Mortal Kombat Gold for Dreamcast in both single-player and multiplayer modes. In single-player mode, you play your character of choice against the console when you enter into arena battles. Multiplayer mode lets you select multiple characters and battle against your friends. You can use a second controller to challenge friends at home on a single console or use the Dreamcast’s online function to battle other players online. Multiplayer mode lets you play as a team and cooperate with other players, which adds a different dimension to the gameplay. If you want to boost your skills, use practice mode to learn new fighting moves. Mortal Kombat Gold for Dreamcast is a refurbished version of Mortal Kombat 4. MK4 originally appeared in 1997 for arcade systems, Microsoft computers, and Nintendo 64, PlayStation, and Game Boy Color game consoles. Midway Games released Mortal Kombat Gold exclusively for the Sega Dreamcast game console and introduced several new characters to the version. Its release date was September 9, 1999. It features a rating of M for Mature due to violence and mature themes. It is not appropriate for younger players. This Sega Dreamcast game is not compatible with other game consoles. The Dreamcast takes console-specific CD-ROM and GD-ROM discs, which are not compatible with other systems such as PlayStation, NES, PSP, or MAME NeoGeo.

    Pretty happy with my item, it was pretty much as described. The box has a bit of a smoker smell that wasn’t in the product’s description, but I feel like it was a trade off for the price, which was a decent deal. The fast shipping and great service all more than make up for it. The packing was as good as you can get when you’re shipping a medium size box 😁. I would buy again from this seller.
