I contacted the manufacture called Casafield and was able to discuss the missing items with Ileana from Casafield. Thanks to Ileana's patience and understanding of the issues we faced, we were able to get the missing parts shipped asap and had the screed in place just 2 days after the initial call. Thank again Ileana

It only took me less than half an hour from unboxing to essembly the few parts that needed to be put add on. When done it was as described.
