Answered our questions before I ordered instantly,soon as I ordered got a call thanking me for buying off them and checking contact details call later on to arrange delivery date emailed and texted night before delivery with a time slot delivery lads called when they were 20 minutes away. Delivery lads were extremely helpful and cheerful and nothing to much trouble put it exactly where I wanted it unwrapped it checked it took all packaging away.
