    Good value, item as expected, very lightly used, shipping seemed expensive but it was a pretty large item and delivery (thank you usps) swift. Item was fairly well packaged. Communication was responsive and to the point, when I checked dimensions which were clear in photos but didnt tally with the written description.

    My collectible TY bear was dispatched promptly, and arrived exactly on the projected delivery date at my mom's house. Came well packaged - no damage from overseas shipping. Mom says the bear actually looks and feels new (just as it does in the photos), in spite of it having been marked as 'Used', so it had most likely just been on display, or in storage. All-in-all, excellent value for the price. Thank you!!! :)
