    The item came exactly as described and looks brand new!! Feels brand new too, the value is really worth it and the packaging was amazing so it doesn’t get damaged on the way to me.     Item arrived expertly packed with tracked courier service. This machine was near immaculate but sadly turned out to have an overheating issue. The seller's after sales service by phone was exceptionally helpful and courteous; I was offered a number of options and elected to return for a full refund in this case. Return label provided, and refund issued promptly with no quibble. Would certainly consider doing business in the future - many thanks.
