The packaging looked like it was done well, so it appears it was a freak shock that broke the glass. Upon notifying the seller, they immediately said they would replace the broken glass (if they had one) or would refund the amount. The refund was issued as promised, without any hesitation. Her condition is used with some miscellaneous markings as described by the seller. She has her clothes, wings and shoes in tact which is hard to find with this doll! 100% recommend the seller!
