Then when it did finally arrive, I opened it to see the shaft had snapped in half. Clearly the courier is partly to blame for this, but the club should have been packaged properly to stop this. It was just packaged in bubble wrap when it should have been packaged in a hard cardboard tube to stop this from happening.

Would like to make a comment though for the seller’s benefit . “Everything was perfect regarding your actions, but I received a message from Evri, stating they had tried to deliver at 15.05 and they would try again between 15.30 & 16.00. When the driver came, I asked him if he had tried to deliver the package earlier, he replied “ NO”.

Great value for the set of x7 Nike Ignite 2 irons, with good packaging and items in decent used condition as described. Would recommend this seller.

He was delighted when they arrived, well packaged and a day earlier than promised. The were great value and arrived as described. Shortly after trying them, there was a problem with the putter shaft and it snapped. We contacted Tracy and she was happy to either try to replace the putter or give a partial refund. The customer service was very good.Set of Ladies Ram Demon ZX 6-SW + 3 Wood + 5 Wood + 5 Hybrid + Putter (N° 205498813868)
