Item very well packaged for transit and came in original box which was in good condition for age. Postage costs acceptable and delivered promptly. Nothing mentioned in listing and no photo of inside of box confirming it was missing. Contacted rails and they offered refund which I appreciate. Other than that missing it’s a fantastic model and rails offered good advice and after care. Just wish they would have mentioned it before.
