They were also extremely keen on helping me with some shipping issues I had which were ultimately solved by the company and were neither party's fault. Books came packaged excellently, although they were a little worse for wear than what I'd been lead to believe. The price was good for what was advertised, even though the shipping costs were a little high for my liking. Still, the overall price was fair. Packaging was not sufficient to protect comic edges/corners from shipping, would affect grading. Comics were individually bagged but not boarded. Shipped in a bag instead of a box and cardboard pieces inserted into bag were not individually as wide as comics; were not fastened together around comics so shifted in transit. Leaving positive review still because I am not sending for grading and did not reach out to seller about issues.
