When I decided to change the color of the key fob (mid-transaction) he was really gracious in making the change prior to shipping. The product I received was better than expected, so perfect condition, and looks great. As the seller stated, “You are in for a treat”. Every other computer I ordered was either lost in transit or broken upon arrival. Ecu Saver was easy to deal with, fast shipping with tracking and EXCELLENT packaging.
