      The puzzle was as described, brand new with the pieces sealed in the original bag. The packaging was adequate but would have benefited from a layer of bubble wrap or similar plastic to protect it from rain in transit, if nothing else. Although the seller posted the item off quickly, the delivery was extremely slow. While this has more to do with the courier (Yodel) than the seller, perhaps the seller would do well to look to a different courier in future.

      The package was delivered securely and in very good condition. The items were very well packed and received as described. Many thanks. Highly recommended seller. However, and this not the seller's fault as he dispatched the parcel promptly, the package was delivered almost a month later. It seems that eBay's Global Shipping Program has issues with delivery times.

      Better condition than advertised, Persanable contact prose. Long delivery time accuracy was incorrect Item was left with neighbour not at door ( could have been post record ?). Packaging was very good. and finally good value. Thankyou.
