Packaging was very good and the laptop arrived in good shape. It was as described and easy to set up. I am doing this review on it after setup. At $184 inclusive of shipping and tax, I consider the Getac laptop a good buy that should travel well. I wasn't happy about having to upgrade to Windows 11 since I love my other laptops, but that's life nowadays.
