      Item as described. Fair price after a little negotiation. Shipping was only slightly delayed due to holiday weekend, yet great communication from seller. Item was packed decently; inside the toolbox is a tool tray and I would have personally wrapped that in paper as to prevent metal on metal rubbing during shipping. Would recommend seller.

      Items received as described, well packaged, and in great condition. The only thing that is concerning is that I messaged the Seller two times (at time of order and subsequent) requesting that they consider a partial refund of shipping costs and to combine shipping for two postings that I ordered and purchased at the same time. While the Seller did combine the physical shipping, the Seller did not provide any refund of partial shipping, and never even answered or acknowledged my requests.

      The seller provided pictures and an item description that allowed me to assess the item's overall condition. Shipment was prompt and tracking info was provided. The shipping costs were reasonable, and the item was received within the schedule set by the USPS. When received, I found the item was well packaged and had not received any damage during shipment. I definitely would buy from this seller again.
