      Item arrived in a box that was undamaged. The contents was wrapped well for shipping. Unfortunately the received item had a defect not mentioned in the item’s description. Such a defect could not be detected easily in the seller’s one shared photo featuring the figurine. While several attempts were made to e-mail the seller, such attempts could not be completed. My photos display the severity of the item’s damage. Bottom line, if an item is non-returnable, do NOT purchase the item!

      Shipped me the wrong hat. I even sent a photo of the hat and it is CLEARLY not the same hat. Similar color. They offered a partial refund which I did not accept but then DID issue a full refund but stated they shipped the correct hat, lol. Not OK to blame the customer. Just own your mistakes and people will be much more understanding.
