The 'Blue's Clues' television program ran on the Nickelodeon Jr. channel from 1996 to 2007 and was geared for preschoolers. The 'Blues Clues - Story Time' DVD, which was released in 1998, contains episodes from the series, including 'What's Blue's Favorite Story?', and an exclusive video offering 'What Story Does Blue Want to Play?'. Blue is a puppy who places her paw prints on several clues, and it's up to human friend Steve to deduce what the pup wants to do. The program aims to get the young audience to play and think along as Steve puts all the clues together. In doing so, he takes viewers into a computer-animated world where Blue's puzzle is finally solved.
