I requested pics & was told that pics were unavailable since the item was in a separate location. We agreed that the seller would ship and I would assess once received. The item arrived very soiled and 1 of the accessories had been colored with permanent marker. I contacted the seller who informed me that there was nothing he could do since the item was used. Due to tariffs and the price, I will keep, but Item did not match pics posted.

It appeared to be of a different quality and color. I messaged the seller, and they responded immediately. With a bit of back and forth, they completely took care of the issue. While I can't speak to the item quality, the seller is very responsible, and I would have no problem ordering from them again. Thanks for taking care of this so quickly and fairly!
