When asked if all were there, they actually counted, and listed, every different piece, how many there should be, and how many of EACH PIECE were actually there. They sent pictures of the list so I knew EXACTLY what I would get. I couldn't believe they took the time to show, IN DETAIL, every single one, of 343 pieces!! The item was listed as used, but, everything looks BRAND NEW, including the carrying case. Thanks you so much
