That the item was not as described might have been missed by anyone and the seller, I believe, was not to blame. They were also prompt in response to my request for a refund and with the refund itself.

It was actually much better than described! I've wanted this particular dress since it was brought out but couldn't afford it, even in the sale. To my delight, saw this on ebay and cannot believe my luck! It's not even been worn by the looks of it. It's gorgeous and got here super fast, with the seller keeping me informed every step of the way. I highly recommend buying from them! There was an issue with the collection point (nothing to do with the seller) - the seller responded to my message trying to work out what had happened very quickly, and I was eventually able to collect with no problem. Positive buying experience.
