Ebay issued a VAT refund, but extra handling fee for VAT was not refunded. Seller refused to refund USD 8 in extra fees despite the fact that this was caused by the lacking VOEC code that was the sellers responsibility. Polite, but not flexible when trouble arrives. All this despite me helping seller to return a package sent to me by a mistake. Not buying again
