      Bought a used (but great condition) front wheel + hub for an Niu KQI3 pro/max model scooter. Item was exactly as described and was shipped promptly the next business day. Price was the best on the internet for this wheel I could find anywhere. Seller responds to messages during normal business hours fine and overall 5 out of 5 experience the whole way through. Package arrived safe and sound.

      This sunvisor was packed extremely well! It was as described (used) and had a tiny amount of wear/dirt, which was visible from the photos, so I expected it. I still considered this a great value because it was significantly less expensive than buying from the dealership. No issues with shipping, I would definitely consider purchasing from this seller again. A++++

      Despite my frustration at a shipping issue, the seller remained professional, offered to make it right by me. After the delayed delivery I installed and tested the new wheel, it works good and pretty sure never even had a mile on it, like brand new. It was also very good value as these wheels are hard to find outside the manufacturer, who wants $500 for the wheel before shipping… from China (re: tariffs). I appreciate that they handled me calmly when I was agitated and frustrated. So thank you
