However, this seller immediately made things right by offering a $15 partial refund to account for the difference. This kind of customer service is rare on eBay - they genuinely care about buyer satisfaction. The card was well priced to begin with, and the seller's quick, fair resolution shows true professionalism. They communicated it eould take 7 business days to process which it did but then it sat in the shipping processing for 10 days so it took even longer.
