Careful and accurate description, especially where previously existing damage was concerned. A good price; and perhaps MORE importantly - a *reasonable* response to the offer I made when they listed "Make an offer" option. Too many Ebayers use that option when they CLEARLY know nothing about haggling or selling used goods in the real world. This seller was so pleasant I IMMEDIATELY started looking through their shop for more items.

I immediately took it, and before I knew it, it was shipped {what seemed} within minutes. I thanked him for the offer through a message and his response was very kind. After I received the book {the shortest I've experienced}, it was wrapped in an adorable Flamingo light blue shipping bag. It was delightful! He attached a personal note to the book. It was in impeccable shape!
