Whenever I had a question they helped which I appreciate a lot. The item itself is so lovely and I'm so happy to finally have him!! The figure didn't come in the original gametoys box nor had the original covers on the legs but I'm assuming it's because they checked to make sure nothing was broken ^^ great service overall!!
