They responded instantly and I got what I was after :-) Laptop is as described in fact apart from the big chunk out out of the top lid I knew about it is much better than I thought, that screen in it is an innolux one that most people are after for this laptop, Packed well, brilliant comms, perfect transaction. 5*

There are cheap inflatable valved packs that would be better and safer. Good value overall. As described.
