      The postal service caused a delay in the shipping, but Karen was great about dealing with them. She contacted them, and the package was found and sent on its way. The robe was protected well in the box she used. It looked even better than the photo on eBay. And the price was very reasonable, since the robe was brand new.       First off, this seller is great! My purchase of a vintage Christmas blow mold got lost by the Post Office. I notified the seller and she immediately hunted it down and found it for me. I’m not tech savvy and could not have done that by myself. The Post Office was no help at all! I would never have gotten it if not for the seller’s help! My package was damaged, but thanks to her carful packing, it arrived in perfect condition. Exactly as pictured . Totally satisfied!, thanks to the seller!
