Item was sent promptly, but the postal service was a total failure, they either damaged it or lost it. Between the seller and me, we tried to track the parcel and complete the transaction, no luck. I'm a very patient buyer but, the postal service let us both down. Being a totally honest seller, I did receive a refund.
