The tote / hard case got slightly bent in shipping. I offered a full refund and a prepaid if he wanted to send the items back but, He refused.

When I messaged the seller to let them know what happened, they responded within minutes and had a tracking number for my missing part shortly thereafter. They got it in the mail promptly, and I had it within two days. I greatly appreciate the courtesy, professionalism, and speed with which the issue was resolved.
