It’s a statute that was out of the box which was folded under the plastic, crushed plastic, in bubble wrap and came in a bag not a shipping box. Looks as if it was found at a yard sale.

First time they let me know they would update the tracking. The second attempt was on the last day of expected arrival. They refunded my money. The neutral feedback is due to not immediately letting me know that it was not being shipped and continuing to hold my funds until the last day possible.
