Delivery is supposed to be door to door, so breach of contract for starters. I am happy to pay ROYAL MAIL rates because they deliver door to door.

MTP gaiters are described as used but I think they are brand new and unused. Excellent value for money. You'd pay a fortune for a similar backpacking branded pair.
