He was delighted when they arrived, well packaged and a day earlier than promised. The were great value and arrived as described. Shortly after trying them, there was a problem with the putter shaft and it snapped. We contacted Tracy and she was happy to either try to replace the putter or give a partial refund. The customer service was very good.

Definitely better than described Reasonably priced, well packaged and promptly dispatched. Only downside, courier left parcel on doorstep in full view of the public, not too good as was away for 5 days at the time. Didn't expect this from royal mail. Would suggest another courier. One the whole smooth transaction
