It was packaged great and arrived in great condition. They were also very quick to answer my questions before the purchase. The laptop's specs were exactly as listed. Just as described, there are very minor scuffs here and there on the outside, but the screen is in perfect condition, all the keys work, and everything else has been perfect so far. Was well worth the money and I'll be ordering from them again.

The packaging was also pretty good and protected the laptop well. Shipping was relatively quick too. Easy purchase! After making a mistake with my first purchase, the customer support ended up rectifying the situation. They are a bit slow with responses though.
