Rather than send something not working as described, I contacted the buyer straight away and offered a 50% discount on any other item. The buyer then purchased another TV from me (which I’m not sure if she realised), which I shipped promptly. I always aim to be transparent and ensure customers receive working items.

Also texted the seller if they could packed it well since dpd here always ruins my parcels and they responded right away so nice communication!
