It was very clean and seemed to have been unused and not a used "pull." In my Dell workstation, the NVME drive was immediately recognized and performed well. Seller had outstanding communication and proactively made sure that I had the right part for my particular Dell configuration before shipping. I've saved this seller for future Dell component purchases.

What I got was five pairs of socks in a plastic bag that looked like dead mice… Hard to give ‘dead mice’ as a bday present. I’ve spoken to seller. They don’t seem to get it that they miss represented what I was getting. I paid for an image they did not deliver.
