That was NOT the venders fault, but on being informed he immediately refunded the cost of a replacement. I think that is amazing customer service! The unit itself works and sounds great! My wife is looking forward to using it in her classroom this Fall. I recommend the speaker unit to anyone who uses an iPod, and I heartily recommend the vender due to his great customer service.

A little thin for my taste with heavy books, but, only issue was slightly dinged corners. Books came in good condition as described and the price was great for the set. I would buy from this seller again.
