The seller did everything in her power to correct the issue. She was helpful, friendly, and communicative. Once I was able to retrieve the package, I could tell that it was carefully packaged and the fixture looks to be beautifully restored. It is not yet installed, but if the seller’s attention to detail and customer care is are any indication, I’m sure it will work perfectly.
