I sent it back after a week or so and money was refunded promptly. The great thing is that one of my tapes was stuck in the camcorder and I couldn’t get it out. This seller took his time to get it out and shipped it back, no charge to me. I truly appreciate this and have no problem recommending this seller with 5 star rating.
