When I went to collect I was told this item was refused because of the size. However I contacted the delivery company and it promptly arrived the day after. There was a slip up on delivery when the wrong address label was inadvertently put on the box, but this was very quickly resolved and the correct item delivered next day when the wrong item was collected.
