Ordering and Delivery
1. Most of our items are dispatched and delivered within 2 - 3 working days. We ask that you allow 10 working days before you contact us if you have not received your item(s).
2. We make every effort to dispatch orders on the day of receipt:
3. Order before 12:00 pm, Monday to Friday for same day dispatch
4. Order after 12:00 pm, Friday and Weekend for following Monday dispatch
5. Order on Public holiday, for next working day dispatch
6. Order via Global Shipping Programme is available. Order in normal manner
7. Order via additional services - 1st Class, Next Day and Tracked is available. Contact us via eBay message
8. Order to Channel Islands, PO boxes and BFPO is not available
9. Estimated Delivery normally arrives on-time or could occasionally be within 5 working days - If it does not arrive, please allow 10 working days from eBay dispatch notice before contacting us.
Cancellation
Once you have placed your order and wish to cancel, you have until 12:00pm the following day to cancel it. It is important that you contact us through eBay, with a message stating that you want to cancel your order.
If you’ve missed the deadline, you have until 30 days of receiving your delivery to return it back to us. It is important that you contact us through eBay, with a message stating that you want to return the item. The item returned to us will be inspected.

Depending on the condition of the product we receive from you, refunds will be paid in full or partially. We reserve the right to make this decision. All approved refunds will be issued to the account that was used to purchase the goods, within 7 working days.
