Requested a refund, and was told I had to format the drive first and had to submit screen shots of my disk management console, even though this drive was meant for a NAS and simply was not recognized. Eventually, a refund was issued, though I could have done without the presumptuous arrogance. Not a seller I would use again!

Communication with the seller was also excellent. Pricing was a little high in comparison to other SSDs, but the drive capacity is not easy to find, so pricing can be considered competitive.
