The packaging looked like it was done well, so it appears it was a freak shock that broke the glass. Upon notifying the seller, they immediately said they would replace the broken glass (if they had one) or would refund the amount. The refund was issued as promised, without any hesitation. We would definitely do business with this seller again.

She honored a previous listing price and even included the 4th plate. The packaged arrived today and was extremely well packed and cushioned.
