The price was more than reasonable and the communication was excellent. One of the best sellers on ebay.

The issue was with Parcelforce not the seller (so this nightmare is not reflected in the ratings) who tried to help by chasing / communicating with the Parcelforce. Item is as described. Would purchase from the seller again (but maybe not using Parcelforce).
