It arrived faster than expected, well packaged, no damage. All was as pictured/described. Seller responded very quickly to emails. Seller included fine tuners for free (i asked for them) and did a nice job fitting the Aubert bridge to the instrument. The sound post stayed in place during shipping. The bow included is nice quality. Case is basic but good. Thanks!

The seller acknowledged the mistake, took full responsibility, and promptly issued a full refund. However, the violin I received had visible damage and quality issues, including embedded dirt in the varnish and scratches. Despite this, the seller s customer service was excellent, and they handled everything professionally. I appreciate their fairness in resolving the matter.

It is at the higher end in price, but you really do get what you pay for. It is everything as advertised. Easy to play, very deep tone, very responsive. Seller was very good in updating delivery. A+ ebayer.
