I’d reported it to the owner of the store with pictures and she refunded the money to get it repaired. She’s a very kind lady. I was unable to get a jeweler to fix it in time for the Christmas present that I’d needed and will have to order another. The ring is absolutely lovely and fits me perfectly. I love how each stone has its own story, and the seller is very knowledgeable.
