I originally received the package on March 13th, but it was missing the right fist claw; so I contacted the seller and he was quick to respond, and corrected the error by shipping a separate right fist claw, which I received today. Cool looking Logan hands, in excellent new condition, and both packages arrived in perfect shape too. The reseller prices are higher than I like to pay, but my walmart preorder cancelled and I wanted the figure. Having shipped hundreds of items myself, I would say the item should have been bubble wrapped and braced center with material to keep from bouncing around and taking hits to the perimeter.
