Not a reflection on the seller, but when I powered-up the unit it would not complete the boot sequence and is unusable in its current state. I contacted Monroe Electronics and learned that it’s likely missing an SSD and software, and is past end-of-life. This unit can no longer be made to stay in compliance.

Item was returned without hassle and communication was great so no need to ding the seller rating. The pictures actually showed the protection light so it was that way before it was shipped. I missed that based on the description of it being tested. Shipping was fast and packaging was good.
