I contacted them and they asked me to return and they'd send the correct item. Having to had to return eBay items I paid for it myself 1st class tracked. I had to prompt them every step of the way. Really slow to respond, they didn't have the correct item. I asked if they would refund the £5 postage, never got back to me. Had to open a case with Ebay to get a refund. The communication with the seller was poor because when they replied to my messages and it was obvious that they had not read the previous messages that I had sent... which was annoying. Otherwise I would have accepted the damaged item with a small discount but because of their poor communication I couldn t get that far with the conversation.
